Ten Good Reasons to Donate to TESPA 

1.  Kinder Morgan (KM). Federal lawsuit for violation of the Clean Water Act is ongoing. As a result, KM abandoned the two proposed Blanco River crossings in Blanco County.

2.  Needmore. ongoing legal action with State Office of Administrative Hearings (SOAH).

4.  EP & Dripping Springs Water Supply Corp, a wholesale water contract? We’re watching.
